Jasmine is a considerate and thoughtful osteopath who works collaboratively with patients to understand their needs and achieve their goals.
She takes a hands-on approach to treatment, confidently applying manual therapy, spinal and joint articulations to relieve pain, alongside sports massage techniques to address soft tissue complaints. She also provides kinesiology taping and tailored exercise prescriptions to support rehabilitation and help prevent recurrence of symptoms.
Jasmine graduated with a distinction in her Master’s degree in Osteopathy and was awarded the RK Hardy Prize for Best Performance in the Research Dissertation.
She has since developed specialist interests in women’s health and postnatal recovery, working as a Mummy MOT and C-Section Scar Restore practitioner. She supports women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery and return to exercise, including those recovering from caesarean birth.
Jasmine has experience treating patients of all ages and backgrounds. Her early clinical experience includes volunteering at her university’s Expectant Mothers’ Clinic, as well as community clinics at the Royal Free Hospital and 301 East Street GP Surgery, where she developed a particular interest in women’s health and antenatal care.
She has also previously worked within NHS services as a Senior Musculoskeletal (MSK) Practitioner, managing a wide range of conditions across diverse patient groups. This experience continues to inform her clinical reasoning and approach in private practice.
Alongside her clinical work, Jasmine enjoys volunteering at local postnatal groups, sharing her knowledge with new mothers and supporting them through recovery.
You can find Jasmine at St Albans Heal Wellness Clinic every Thursday from 8 am – 8pm.
