These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all memberships offered by Heal Wellness Clinic (“Heal”,“we”,“us”,“our”). By signing up for any membership plan, you
(“the Member”,“you”,“your”) agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Definitions

For clarity in these Terms:
• “Membership” means your ongoing access to Heal Wellness Clinic’s services under a selected membership plan.
• “Eligible Services” means those services included in the membership type you have purchased, which currently include Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions, unless otherwise specified.
• “Credits” refer to prepaid service units available under certain membership plans.

2. Membership Types and Fees

We offer the following membership options:
• Unlimited Membership – £1,159 per month
• 20-Credit Membership – £629 per month
• 10-Credit Membership – £335 per month
• 5-Credit Membership – £179 per month
• Corporate/Business Membership – Fee to be confirmed upon enquiry
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Minimum Commitment Period

All membership plans are subject to a minimum commitment period of three (3) months from the date of sign-up. Memberships cannot be cancelled, paused, or downgraded during this initial period.

4. Cancellation Policy

After the initial three-month commitment, memberships may be cancelled at any time with a minimum of one (1) month’s written notice. Notice must be sent via email to info@heal-wellness.co.uk or submitted through your online member account.
Your final payment will cover the notice period, and access to services will continue until the end of that period.
If payment for the notice period is not received, access may be suspended immediately.

5. Membership Usage

• Unlimited Memberships allow unrestricted access to all Eligible Services during the membership period.
• Credit-based Memberships (10-Credit, 20-Credit and 5-Credit) allow you to use your credits towards Eligible Services. Unused credits do not roll over unless otherwise stated.
